Refund & Return Policy

At Zero Give, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

Most new, unopened, and unused socks may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

For hygiene and performance product safety reasons, socks or sleeves that have been worn, tried on, washed, or used are not eligible for return.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your return is the result of our error — including receiving an incorrect or defective item — Zero Give will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund, including original shipping charges where applicable.

For all other approved returns, original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds apply only to the actual cost of the products purchased.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Refunds or replacement orders will not be issued if an incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer during checkout. Please carefully review all shipping information before submitting your order.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, you can expect your refund within approximately 2–4 weeks. In many cases, refunds are processed sooner.
