Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume launches, promotions, or product releases, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States using major shipping carriers.

Estimated delivery times within the United States are typically:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary based on carrier delays, weather conditions, or regional service interruptions.


International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary by country.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT fees, or additional charges imposed by their country’s customs agency.

Zero Give is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Zero Give is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Refunds or replacement orders will not be issued for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Zero Give is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.


Order Tracking

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier’s system.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, Zero Give is not liable for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier service interruptions
  • Weather events
  • Customs delays
  • Natural disasters
  • Incorrect customer information
  • High seasonal shipping volume
